Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

SERVICES

ASAP - This job needed to be there yesterday. *You’re calling us because you know we can get it there in about 15 minutes or less.

30 Minute - Standard rush delivery. *Guaranteed delivery in thirty minutes from the call-in time. These can be requested throughout the day until 4:30 p.m.

1 Hour - Guaranteed delivery within an hour to most locations within the Seattle Metropolitan Area. Request deadline for these is 4:00 p.m.

90 Minute - Order these throughout the day. Cut-off is 3:30 p.m.

2 Hour - Guaranteed delivery within a two hour time frame. Order these until 3:00 p.m.

3 Hour - Delivery guaranteed in three hours or less. Order these until 2:00 p.m.

4 Hour - Also known as the half-day. Order these until 1:00 p.m.

O/N (Overnight) - For next day deliveries. Please specify next day priority, if 10:00 a.m. is desired delivery time, check 2 Hour and O/N boxes on the delivery slip.

*Guaranteed within the downtown Seattle core and immediate vicinities only, (see Downtown Rates).

SPECIAL HANDLING CONDITIONS

Wait Time - Unless specified in advance, 5 minute grace, $0.75 per minute thereafter.

Wrong Address - Fees are based on wait time while the correct address is located, if that address is a couple of miles away or only a couple of blocks away, and if the priority status is affected. A W/A may accrue up to full price of an additional delivery request.

Cancelled Delivery - 50% of requested service.

Bulk - In addition to initial service request fee, bulk fees are generally as follows:

• Parcels of standard telephone book size or over one foot in length, and weighing under 10 lbs.…$1-$2
• Parcels equivalent to the size of two standard telephone books, and weighing under 15 lbs.…$3-$6
• For deliveries involving multiple parcels expect load/unload time fees (see Wait Time). Generally $5 for every other piece after the first two pieces

OTHER SERVICES

• Legal filing/process service offered - KNR has several experienced legal messengers who are licensed process servers in the State of Washington
• Free “confirmation of delivery” call-back upon request
• Daily scheduled routes may be arranged
• E-billing available

Limitations of Liability. It is understood and agreed that Customer’s material is transported at Customer’s sole risk. At no time whatsoever or under any circumstances shall KNR Couriers, LLC be held liable, either financially or otherwise, for any lost profits or other damages caused by the loss, damage or destruction of materials belonging to the client or to any other party while in transit or in possession by KNR Couriers LLC unless value is expressly declared in writing at least one business day in advance and signed by an authorized KNR Couriers, LLC representative.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Our Rate Sheet is a generalized guideline that covers large areas in some instances, accordingly some prices will be higher and others lower than what is stated. Please confirm current rates when placing orders.

Some service levels for outer areas are not stated because certain deliveries cannot be executed within the allotted request time, for example, Seattle to Bellingham in under an hour.

Circumstances may arise beyond our control that may cause a late delivery. Examples of this would be severe weather, adverse traffic conditions, public or private events, earthquakes, riots, floods, acts of God, etc. In such instances KNR Couriers, LLC will make all reasonable attempts to notify the client of any delays so that other options may be explored, but we cannot be held in any way liable, either financially or otherwise.
